They're Distracting Us.

"We’re taught to think of our success in terms if numbers aren’t we?
If touching one person’s life is a good thing, then touching one thousand people’s lives must be a great thing

It’s easy to see where we learn to think this way, our whole society revolves around
mass production

The more units we can move, the more customers we can serve, the more boats we can get, the more money and the more stuff the better right?

Maybe it’s not possible to touch one thousand peoples deeply or as powerfully as one
person is attempting

Maybe it’s not so revolutionary after all to have one person or a group of
twenty tell everybody else what’s right?

Wouldn’t it be better to try a decentralized approach?
Where everyone works closely with those around them
instead of a few people in anonymous masks?

Do you have to save the world all by yourselves?
Why don’t you trust anyone else to do it with you?"

(The Ocean and The Sun)

"let your heart sink and raise your mind to truth
let your mind escape, the burning of logic is true"

I love
I want
I need
I am

"Is this emptiness part of being human?"

"Puppets...who pulls your strings?"

Why do I wonder? Some people never even ask. What are you thinking? Who’s in charge?

I don’t understand French, but if I could, I would write beautiful songs about horrible things because it is said people know of what you love in romance and if love could exist it would be in horrible things. We must characterize something in order for it to be something. We must have a heart in order for it to be broken.

Many people walk in a dream, they feel entitled to happiness, and are angered when they awake. It is our own perception that creates realty. Expectations. We find ourselves in little boxes watching little boxes. We see an edited version of human life targeted be alienated narcissist individuals that distract us from seeing the underbelly of politics and business; we are products of a manipulated society. Look at the pretty girl dancing, her hair is so shiny yellow and my hair is so shiny yellow. You will be happy, you will be empty, because it is not about the product, but the feeling they are trying to convey. And it is not for your benefit, but for the benefit of the holders of the company.

We must burn our little boxes, we must create dialogue; we must realize the importance of every moment. We must turn our boredom to gratitude. Use your hands, your thoughts, your hunger; these things are yours and yours alone."

Italian Streets Burn With the Fight to Educate

Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi's multi-billion-euro education cuts were voted into law on Wednesday in Rome.

It's estimated that more than a million students and teachers spilled upon the
streets to demonstrate their disapproval of changes to primary school education, including a return to one all-purpose class teacher, who will remain with the same class for five years.

Domenico Pantaleo of the General Confederation of Labour union said: "These are not reforms, these are just budgetary cuts. The government is destroying public schools and replacing them with a private system."

It's amazing to me how people on the other side of the world will
take what ever measures are necessary in order to have their voices
heard.

While we, the freedom loving Americans that we are, rarely make even
a squeak when our education is compromised

Marches also took place in Milan, Turin, Venice, Naples and other cities. In some places, the protests have been going on, on a smaller scale, for weeks.

When is the last time you heard of anyone taking action near were you live?

most of you would probably respond

NEVER.

of course the response by Mr Berlusconi was:
"I regret that young people have been manipulated by the left."

Why is it considered communist, or socialist, to search for an
equal and just government of the citizens which instill political
power in order to facilitate and benefit their living conditions?

Who's the better liar?

"As if you needed another reminder to vote on November 4th, here's Mr Brainwash's satirical rendition of the future potential leaders of our country. Pasted in Los Angeles, MBW is one Frenchman that has things on point, regardless of whether our government does or not." Juxtapose magazine
More on MBW at mrbrainwash.com

There is one thing I can not get through my head. Although everyone
says that politicians are some of the best liars out there, who
only do things to get your vote into office and then leave
you stranded with your problems once you open the door for them,
then why do we pick new ones every year? Why must we constantly
pick men who are only looking to gain a higher political placement
in order to gain power?

These people higher trained professionals to instruct them
on how to talk and act in order to appeal to us. Why can't they
just be real? Why have we created this fantasy world were
we obligate people to lie to us!? Wars have killed massive amounts
of people, government decisions have caused poverty, hunger, and
even drug wars. Yet to this day I have never read in my history
books of politicians suffering from anything more than a slight
slap on the wrist.

Anarchy in a million dollar suit, that's
true government.

When will we, the world, not just America, mature to the point
were government will no longer be needed? Will we forever be plagued
by laws and taxes, green greed and ideals of giving you life to
serve your nation, like little worker ants without an identity, or will
we one day break away from the caged life we live?

Is it time for our generations own revolution?

A lot of things have gotten out of hand, banks control
our living conditions, governments control our restrictions,
and "our" media tells us not to worry about it.

When is it going to be enough?

When will you reach your breaking point?

Fear over love

Bill Hicks used to finish his shows with this:
Life’s like a ride at an amusement park, and when you go on it you think it’s real cause that’s how powerful our minds are, and the ride goes up and down and round and round, it has thrills and chills, and its very brightly colored; and its very loud. But it’s fun for a while, some have been on the ride for a long time they begin to question is this real or is this just a ride? And other people have remember and they come back to us and they say “hey! don’t worry don’t be afraid ever cause this is just a ride!”, and we kill those people. Shut him up I have a lot invested in this ride, shut him up! look at my furrows of worry, look at my big bank account and my family, this has to be real. It’s just a ride, but we always kill the good guys who try and tell us that, you ever realize that? and let the demons run amok. But it doesn’t matter, cause it’s just a ride and we can change it any time we want. It’s only a choice, no effort, no work, no job, no savings of money, just a choice right now, between fear…and love.

What's your opinion on the quote?

Is it not true that in the right time, in the right place, we are capable
of anything? The series of Saw movies are the perfect example of this, does
that mean that we, as human beings, can't truly uphold any of our
so called beliefs?

Atheism, religion or not?

Okay so recently some random kid came up to me on Wednesday asking me to sign
a petition form because he wanted to start an Atheism club.

Personally I find Atheism to contradict itself and only as a form for people to label themselves as something because in all reality they can't function without belonging
to a group. My friends and I had a discussion about it, I said that Athiest
believe in not believing, thus they still believe in something which is
against being "Athiest".

"Atheism is a reflection
of certainty, I am not certain"
-Bill Mayher, co-director of Religulous and Borat

Now let's move on to my bigger
problem, should an Atheist club be allowed? On your myspace doesn't
it say that Atheism is a religion? Maybe I'm wrong but I thought
you couldn't say anything religious in school. And what the hell
would you do in an Atheist club? Pick on people who find it
spiritually fulfilling to believe in a higher power?

Zeitgiest the remastered full version

“They must find it difficult, those who have taken authority as the truth, rather than truth as the authority”

-G. Massey, Egyptology

this movie is about an hour or so long so if you sit down

make sure you're all cozy

I found it last year on someones myspace to be completely honest

and since then it has helped influence many of the points

of view I hold today

just so you know, this video has yet to be disproved,

every fact that they present to you can bee looked up

on any website, in any history book

It will astonish and open the minds of some, others

who choose to see the world as a pretty little fairytale

will turn the other way and continue to keep their eyes

tightly shut

If you press play, then watch it to the very end,
or you won't understand what the message of the movie is

"This is your last chance. After this, there is no turning back. You take the blue pill - the story ends, you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill - you stay in Wonderland and I show you how deep the rabbit-hole goes. "

"fasten your seat belt Dorothy, 'cause Kansas is going bye-bye."
